how do you make a texture fill layer on PS?

1. Go to Layer > New Fill Layer > Gradient

This should pop up. Click OK.

This should pop up. Pick a Gradient, change the angel if you want to, and click OK.

2. Change the Gradient Fill to Soft Light, Screen, or whatever you want to blend with your picture.
